General

For product questions, partnerships, press, and anything that does not fit another bucket, email hi@shutapp.world.

A human reads it. If your note needs a specialist, we will route it internally instead of making you guess the right address.

Sales and enterprise

For Team, Business, Enterprise, procurement, or an on-prem deployment, email sales@shutapp.world.

Send the stack you use, your rough monthly token volume, and the controls you need covered. We can usually give you a clear next step from that alone.

Support

For API keys, receipts, SDK behavior, billing questions, or something that looks wrong in production, start with hi@shutapp.world.

Include the receipt ID when you have one. It gives us the fastest path to the exact scan, policy version, and decision trail.

Security reports

For vulnerability reports or suspected abuse, email security@shutapp.world.

Do not include live secrets in the first message. A minimal reproduction, affected endpoint, and impact summary are enough to begin.
